GETTING STARTED WITH CAMTASIA STUDIO FOR WINDOWS

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Are you interested in providing your students with screencasts, narrated Power Points or videos that are ‘wrapped’ with your own comments?  If so this workshop is for you.

UBC’s new site license for Camtasia, a video production and editing tool, makes it easy for you to create your own customized video course materials.

This hands-on Getting Started With Camtasia Studio For Windows

workshop will introduce you to the Camtasia interface and some basic functionality such as:

  • recording a screencast or recording from a webcam and importing that video into Camtasia,
  • editing your project,
  • producing your project as a video
  • delivering your video to your students

NB:  Please note that this workshop will be using Camtasia for Windows which is significantly different from Camtasia for Mac.  We have scheduled a similar Getting Started with Camtasia for Mac session,  You can register for this events under the Learning Technology Series in the CTLT
